General

1. Momento Wedding (Flashpoint Studio Hong Kong Limited) retains all copyrights to the media content (photos and videos) produced during the filming process, and has the right to use them for competitions, exhibitions, editorial, promotional and display purposes. 
2. Customers have the lifetime exclusive rights to use the media content.
3. All images will be deleted after 1 month. If the client wishes to purchase full rights to the photos, an additional fee of 500% of the package price will be charged. In this case, all images will not be used for any of the above purposes and will be deleted within 2 weeks of delivery.
4. A non-refundable retainer for the amount specified in your contract summary (paid by cash, cheque, credit / debit card or online bank transfer) along with a completed contract will confirm your booking. The retainer forms part of the total cost of your Package (i.e. it is NOT in addition to the cost of the plan) and is deducted when calculating the final balance due. The retainer secures the photographers services for the day and is non refundable in any event. 
5. All payments made before the shooting date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Client agrees and accepts the style of photography, processing and coloring that Momento Wedding and his team deem absolutely appropriate for the scene at the time.
7. Momento Wedding (Flashpoint Studio Hong Kong Limited) may store your data on a private internal database. This data will not be made available to outside companies or individuals. Should you wish to have your data removed from the database, please advise in writing and retain your confirmation. 8. Should digital files be lost, damaged or destroyed the photographer(s) liability shall be limited to a refund of fees paid, but shall not include a refund for any goods already supplied or capable of supply at a quality deemed acceptable by the photographer. No refund will be due for any digital files lost, damaged, or destroyed after 12 months from the date of the wedding.
9. All remaining balances must be paid on or before the day of shooting. All images will be handed over to guests only after full payment is confirmed.
10. Momento Wedding (Flashpoint Studio Hong Kong Limited) reserves the right of final decision.
11. Once the payment is made, it represents the buyer’s agreement to all the above terms.
12. If there is any breach of contract, Momento Wedding (Flashpoint Studio Hong Kong Limited) reserves the right to pursue legal action.

Wedding Day Services

1. Regular service time for half day wedding day photography services: 8:30a.m. to 16:00p.m.; full day: 8:30a.m. – 23:00p.m. 
2. For any service starting time before 08:30a.m., extra morning service fee is required: Before 08:30a.m.: $200/crew, 07:30a.m.: $400/crew, 06:30a.m. $800/crew
3. For any service ending time after 11:00p.m., extra night service fee is required: After 11:00p.m. a.m.: $200/crew, 12:00a.m.: $400/crew, 01:00a.m. $800/crew
4. Meals and meal time have to be included for our photographers and crew member. Lunch (1 hr meal time) for Half Day, Lunch & Dinner (2 hr meal time) for Full Day. If no meal can be provided, client have to cover the actual expenses incurred on a reimbursement basis.
